About Spin and Choose

Spin and Choose is a small, free web tool for settling casual choices: what to eat, what to watch, who goes first, which dare to try, where to travel. It offers four ready-made wheels and a builder for your own.

Who runs it

Spin and Choose is operated by Shreyshi Upadhyay. You can reach the operator through the contact page.

How it is built

The site is a static website: the pages are generated ahead of time and the wheel runs entirely in your browser with plain JavaScript. There is no account system and no database. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. See the How It Works page for how results are chosen and the Privacy Policy for what is stored.

How it is funded

The site currently shows no advertising and has no paid features.

What it is not

Spin and Choose is for everyday fun and convenience. It is not a certified random number generator and is not for gambling, raffles, prize draws or other regulated selections. Brand names that appear in the example wheels, such as Netflix, belong to their owners; Spin and Choose is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
